Bernd Kelchner has been busy in the professional software development since 1996. After having finished his studies in computer science he became involved in several software companies as a software developer and project manager. Since 2000, he has been focusing on analyzing business requirements and business processes. In 2004 he started to work freelance and in his function as IT-analyst, project manager and customer consultant in challenging projects he has convinced his customers more by results than by words. Since 2007 he is the Managing director of Albamond GmbH and leads the company not only by his professional experience but also by his social experience.

Daniel Zeiss has been active in the professional software development since 1997. After his academic studies of electrical engineering and information technology he started his career with his thesis on “Mass distribution of radiological pictures and data via the web”, out of which grew a product with more than 1000 installations in the most important hospitals worldwide. With 5 years experience in the field of medical product development he finally switched over to project development in 2003. After realizing numerous individual customer projects in various branches as a Senior Consultant, he started to work freelance as an independent technological advisor in the field of Microsoft .NET in 2007. As a trainer, consultant, and software architect, he has been passing on his knowledge to Albamond customers since 2008. In the .NET community he is known as a speaker at conferences and User-group meetings and also as the author of an AJAX web framework.
